Respire & Inspire is a gently structured weekend designed to create space — to breathe, to move, and to reconnect with creativity in a quiet, supportive setting.
Set in the French countryside near Paris, the retreat brings together:
• Morning meditation
• Morning and evening yoga
• Creative workshops focused on exploration, presence, and awareness
Each element supports the others — meditation to settle attention, yoga to inhabit the body, and creative practices to notice what becomes available when we slow down.
The days unfold at an unforced pace, with time for guided exploration alongside rest, walking, shared meals, and quiet reflection. Rather than working toward a particular outcome, the retreat invites a quality of attention that allows insight and inspiration to emerge through direct experience.
With a deliberately small group, Respire & Inspire offers an intimate, spacious atmosphere where participants are supported both individually and collectively. No prior experience in yoga or creative practice is required — only a willingness to arrive, to listen, and to stay present with what unfolds.
Co-hosted with Sarah McNabb: Yoga teacher, creative guide, and mindfulness practitioner. Based in Paris for nearly a decade, she helps others create space to breathe and reconnect. Blending yoga, meditation, and gentle flow, Sarah nurtures balance, awareness, and inner calm.
